Some good folks who were in attendance on Monday posted portions of the Alejandro Escovedo in-store to YouTube, so if you weren't there, here's a chance to see what you missed! And if you were there, you can relive the magic at your leisure. David Stephens: Renaissance Man

If we've blogged about our buddy David Stephens once, we've blogged about him a thousand times, but with good reason. Dude's a modern day renaissance man: puppeteer, blogger, banjo monster, maker of Beasties, myriad other skills. So you can imagine how pleased we were this morning when he tweeted us his latest creation, a thoroughly charming video you can watch below:



It looks a little janky embedded in Blogger, and we'd recommend you watch it in all its full-screen glory.

Decatur CD Goes Commercial

A busy 2010 has gotten the better of us. About a month ago, our friends at Creative Outlet Productions, who you might remember as the talented folks who put together a clip from our recent in-store performance with The Dutchess and The Duke, made a commercial for the store.
