Decatur CD stands for "Decatur Compact Disc," but don't let the name fool you--we also stock tons of new and used vinyl, music-related DVDs/Blu-Rays and a smattering of cassettes. Most notably, however, we have one Travis Tritt cassingle.

On March 14, John Hiatt is coming to town to play the Atlanta Symphony Hall, and we've got a pretty extensive batch of prizes. Ten winners will receive a Dirty Jeans and Mudslide Hymns slip mat for their turntables. One winner will win a pair of tickets to the show (Did we mention Lyle Lovett will be there too? Because he will. Nice, right?) at Symphony Hall. And our grand prize winner gets a fancy Denon DP-300F turntable! This might be the best giveaway we've ever done. Big, big ups to our man Tommy at New West for setting up such load of musical treasures. Stop by soon to get your first name and phone number into the box. We've also got that new Hiatt on the listening station here at the store, by the way.Labels: giveaways, John Hiatt
Hey, where did February go? Anybody seen it? Seems like we were just hanging with it a minute ago, but then it took off. Ah well. In the meantime, we had an awesome in-store (thanks to everyone who came out!), and March is suddenly upon us. Luckily, there are tons of great records coming. Check out this week's haul:Labels: new releases
