2008 is already half over*, folks! Time to get out and see a show before it's too late! You don't want to have to tell your grandchildren about the "Great Live Music Drought of '08" or some junk, do you? We thought not. As such, below is a list of shows this month that we think you should go to (and which we will likely be going to as well). There is a quality show almost every day until the end of the month. Beginning tonight, there are a pair of local talents performing at The EARL and Star Bar respectively, and the legendary Yo La Tengo (pictured above) will be stopping by Variety.
