Might as well be up front about this: The releases haven't exactly been bonkers the last couple weeks. That being said, there are a few goodies here and there. We've listed some below. August is a pretty brutal month for releases, historically speaking, but the good news is that September's right around the corner and will include all sorts of awesome (Nick Lowe, The Rapture, Wild Flag, Trombone Shorty, Wilco, Mates of State, The Jayhawks and Tori Amos, to name just a few.) Onward and upward!
